Booking and Reservation

* For reservation 25% down payment is required via bank deposit or paypal with 5% charge. 

* Registration form available by email request
* A group must consist of 10 people (per group) for the tour to push through.
* Final no. of 10 people (per group/van) for the week must be completed. If not, we will re-schedule.
* Email your scan deposit slip as proof of payment and confirmation

* If less than 10 people, feel free to ask for the rate

* Prices may changes without prior notice

* Rates are for group tour and rates subject for availability



Cancellation by the client.

You or any member of your group may cancel your slot provided that the cancellation is made in writing to us by the person who made the original booking.

Period cancellation notice was received and Amount of refund granted to adventurer

7 days or more before the tour - full refund of the amount paid

Less than 7 days before the tour - no refund of the amount paid

No-show policy.

Failure to show up on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the travel.

Cancellation by Rak Adventurer.

Rak Adventurer will not be responsible for any cancellation due to "force majeur" conditions such as, but not limited to, bad weather, earthquake, flood, volcanic eruptions, war, political unrest, recent terrorist attacks, military operations, local restrictions of the area and outbreak of a disease. As a consequence, no refund will be provided by Rak Adventurer to the client if the cancellation happens the day of the tour. If Rak Adventurer cancels the tour prior departure for any reason, you can either get a full refund less a service charge of Php100 (orPhp400 if you have ordered the full board meal) or a reschedule (subject to slot availability).

Rak Adventurer reserves the right to refuse service to any person and to allow on board for any valid reasons such as rudness, behavior liable to cause discomfort or inconvenience to other passengers or tour personnel. Bringing weapons and illegal drugs are prohibited on our tours.
